About

I have about 10 years of marketing and communications experience from serving three higher education institutions and two nonprofits. As Public Relations and Marketing Specialist for Overbrook School for the Blind in Philadelphia, I develop and implement strategies to boost the school’s fundraising efforts.

I’ve always wanted to use my marketing and communications skills to help others. So far in my career, I’ve supported inclusive health and wellness efforts for college students, faculty and staff, and I’ve managed economic development initiatives to secure new jobs for local residents and capital investment for community services from companies like the LEGO Group. Now I’m thrilled to lead PR and marketing to help students with visual and other impairments live their fullest lives.

I volunteer on the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Philadelphia Board of Directors as the 2026 Communications Co-Chair. In the past I’ve served as DEI Chair for both PRSA Philadelphia and PRSA Richmond.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University and a master’s degree in Strategic Communications from Rowan University. I also studied Italian for three-plus years!

I live in Philly with my partner and our two cats, Donatella and Maya.
